The speaker describes a planned system in which a cloud-hosted agent can run local or cloud sessions, with future local hands enabling access to the user's computer when it is online.

“to more like you have a cloud that you message that's in the cloud that's running uh it can run like local uh or like cloud sessions this is kind of how cloud tag works but like over time we'll add like local hands as well and and so like local hands will be the ability for that agent to access your computer if it's online you know and be able to like work there and so it can spin off many different sub agents it can like”
